This is about keeping your faith and hope intact so that you can dedicate to whichever treatment you undertake.
The credit for radiowave therapy must go to Dr John Holt, who innovated two forms of radiowave therapy prior to his retirement in 2004. These two modalities (refer below) form the basis of comprehensive research currently being conducted by the Radiowave Therapy Research Institute.:
Dr Holt has treated thousands of patients over a period of 30 years.
The radiowave therapy currently provided by the Radiowave Therapy Clinic in Perth (click here) is the GMI/UHF modality. It is a long term aim of the Clinic to provide both the above treatment modalities, however the UHF/XRT treatment is contingent upon outcomes of research currently being conducted by the Radiowave Therapy Research Institute. Many claim to be alive as a result of Dr Holt’s treatments, yet the Australian Minister for Health (at the time Mr Tony Abbott) was influenced to commission the NHMRC to investigate Dr Holt’s treatments. This report was released in September 2005.
The NHMRC Report contained a number of findings including the conclusion that there was not enough research into radiowave therapy to ascertain the effectiveness of the treatment. This is another compelling reason for a continuum of the projects researching the therapy in more detail.
It is to be hoped that one day the dream of Dr Holt may be realised – that there will be more than just one Clinic in this world able to bring radiowave therapy to those in the community who currently rely on other often debilitating medical practices, in an effort to be free of their disease.
1. Note the distinction between radiowave therapy using non-ionising, radiofrequency radiation and radiotherapy using x-rays or y-rays (ionizing radiation). Both terms come from the Latin, radius meaning ray.
